frequently asked questions
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
I am currently located in Upstate South Carolina, but absolutely love to travel all over! I have spent many months visiting and exploring new places. I’d love to visit YOUR special destination! I absolutely adore being able to travel with my storytelling! It’s the most inspiring thing to experience different cultures, foods, smells, and views! I have been so blessed to capture each person’s story in the most unique places, whether it was on the beaches of Spain or a family orchard in Mississippi. Each location is special and dear, and I would love the opportunity to travel to your memorable location and capture your amazing love story.
WHAT IS YOUR STYLE?
Words that describe my style are: Sophisticated, Clean, Artful, Timeless, Modern, Intimate. I encompass these into my film and storytelling so that my passion and heart are shown in my work! Your love story deserves to have heart and soul behind it as its being told, and I vow to do exactly that!
Do you shoot film or digital?
I think both film and digital hold unique places in the story telling process and I incorporate both throughout your wedding day! Film has allowed me the time to soak up each special moment with my clients and truly captures the raw beauty in each memory. Film is paired best with a great quantity of light so when there are moments where dusk has set in and nighttime approaches, I will switch over to digital to ensure the highest quality of imagery for you through the night!
WOULD YOU RECOMMEND SHOOTING OUR ENGAGEMENT AS WELL AS OUR WEDDING?
I would absolutely recommend that! It allows me to bond with you as a couple and us get comfortable with one another before the wedding day bustle! It also will show you my process and technique in order for you to enjoy the process fully!
DO YOU COVER LIFESTYLE SESSIONS OR JUST WEDDINGS?
I love photographing lifestyle sessions. It’s such a fun way to capture life as it passes by so quickly and freeze a moment in time of joy and laughter with loved ones! Candid storytelling.
